What are my delivery options?
Dachspaws offers 2 methods of delivery:
- Courier – We deliver directly to your home or office (no postal address). All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you once the courier has collected your order. We use the best in the business – The Courier Guy.
- Collect – You can choose to collect if you live in the area where Dachspaws operates from which is Pretoria. Collection on appointments, please.
Will I have to sign for my package and show Identification?
The courier company will need you to sign so delivery can be confirmed, but no ID needs to be shown.
What happens if an item is missing from my shipment?
Contact us by E-mail: (info@dachspaws.co.za ) within 24 hours of the delivery has taken place. Please have your Order Number ready. Any other query can also be handled as such.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is collected by the courier company, we will send you an e-mail with tracking details. You can contact us anytime via email if you have concerns or if the parcel can’t be delivered on a certain date.
When will my order start to be processed?
We start processing your order once your payment has been authorised. This means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code or funds reflect in our bank account.
What are your business hours?
Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays from 8:00 – 17:00. All orders after these hours will be processed the next day and in the case of a Friday after 17:00, it will be processed the next week.
